Incredible Service. My address is a little tricky for postage and I got a call multiple times from Beatrice. She was lovely and really took the time and effort to get the address right. She also followed up with emails and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Quality service and the products are incredible!

I cant thank the team enough. Not only their customer service is amazing, but also the efforts they put to make your gift hamper the best one is amazing. The passion, dedication and customer serive is commendable.Beetrice and her team were so thorough with my last minute order. Beautifully packaged, my message printed in a beautiful card, I just couldn't get over the hamper they created. And the effort they put in inspite of my last minute order. The products on their website is lovely and a perfect gift for your loved ones, my loved one received it with big smile.

Ordered a nice Golden Cocktail Hamper for my friend's birthday. Unfortunately, their website had a glitch and the delivery option wasn't available. I called and spoke to Beatrice who was very helpful and she offered to delivery my order herself FREE OF CHARGE!! Thank you so much, you have saved the day, Beatrice!

The hamper was wonderfully designed and laid out. It was incredibly appreciated and I could not recommend the product enough. The customer service, particularly from Beatrice, was exemplary; she replied quickly and went above and beyond to ensure the package was delivered. 10/10!

Beatrice had packaged everything so nicely. Was super impressed with the way everything arrived so quickly. She even took the time to email me to make sure everything was okay.
