Blooming Gorgeous
The arrangement created was disappointing. As a visitor to Toowoomba, I just read some of the reviews, which were mainly good and decided to go with Blooming Gorgeous. The arrangement was for a funeral and the only criteria I had was for something simple and colourful, with some natives added. I set the budget at $80 as my usual florist on the Gold Coast creates amazing designs for this price. The arrangement I got was just an odd bunch of flowers wrapped in paper and tied with the company’s ribbon. I have seen better arrangements at Woolworths for a quarter of the price. Very disappointed. The two stars are due to the fact I was a walk in and they accommodated the request by having the arrangement ready within the hour. They were easy to find and there is easy parking.

This florist is blooming awesome!! I sent an email to the florist with questions about flowers etc. They responded with a call to me within 15 minutes and offered a couple of suggestions. We placed an order for same day delivery. Unfortunately we provided an incorrect address. The florist contacted me and left a message to let me know. I was only able to retrieve the message much later in the evening. In the meantime the florist located our colleague and delivered the flowers. We were thrilled, of course, that the flowers had been delivered. This took place after hours. They really went above and beyond what was asked. I’m impressed, thrilled and really grateful! I placed an order (quite last minute) for the designer's choice of blooms, together with a bottle of red, and chocolates - a birthday surprise for my sister. The ordering process was seamless, and my sister was delighted with the gift (which arrived courtesy of a very friendly and cheery delivery driver).

Timely delivery, made my loved one cry when they hand delivered her flowers and gifts the next morning after I ordered them. Easy to use the online store, you just have to be a little patient. Suggested add on gifts at the checkout are fantastic and not too pricey either but I couldn’t find them anywhere else on the website and the actual “gifts” section is much pricier.
