Charged me an extra $1 because I put an extra shot in my coffee. I bought petrol also so they are stingy. I felt like leaving my coffee behind saying don’t bother but I wasn’t going to stoop. Won’t be going back though

Had a frozen drink explode on me 2 times I have been there. Went all over the floor and clothes. They did not apologies and instead was rude. Did not offer compensation for the inconvenience.

It was incident regarding about the coffee machine fridge the coffee machine fridge temperature was almost 10 degree and I notify one of the staff .He told me that" don't tell me what to do " in a rude and aggressive manner and started arguing with us. I was just notifying him about the situation. If it was possible I would give 0 star. Specially the staffs need to learn how to speak with their customer when they are talking with them respective way."

Called and asked Sandip if they had a plain dark chocolate block and he replied yeah we do Come have a look". I drove 15 minutes to find salted caramel dark chocolate. Not to happy"

Worst 7/11 in Australia, customer service pathetic, rude, I live and work close by, never ever will I step in this petrol station.I will wait till change of staff.Many of my friends boycott this place as well. The rudeness comes from a man that does the morning shift. He needs a course in people in anger management.

The guy at counter was rude. Asked him if there was anything wrong with the filing station because after filling $15 of petrol the needle of the petrol meter in the car did not move. 10 liters.Started saying there is something wrong with your car. Looks like robbery at the pumpDate 28th Nov @ around 22 40.Started saying i was rude and started playing the community card.Threatening behaviour and asking me to get out.Showing the middle finger and abusing in his language.He had another person in there trying to back him up.Unbelievable behaviour and playing of the community card attitude.Check your petrol

Came for patrol after work ard 23:00, trying to use my valid fuel voucher but got refused. Charging me for nearly 35cents/Lt... Not happy... When asking why not able to use my voucher, just reply call customer service
