Outstanding customer service at Bevilles in Chadstone shopping centre! I saw a ring that I loved and surprisingly they had it available in my size. Since the ring was a bit pricey they offered to put it away so I can have a look around. I ended up buying the ring and NAOMI the sales assistant was amazing! Her customer service skills are out of the world. Would definitely visit bevilles in chadston again if I’m back in Melbourne.

After mixed experiences while wandering through Chadstone looking for wedding bands, Bevilles was our last stop, and my fiance and I weren't expecting to discover anything we would like. Yet with the spectacular service of Leisha, we found an amazing ring for me, and she even gave us a great price. She made us feel comfortable without judgment, answered all our questions patiently and walked us through a range of rings without pushing anything on us. As a very indecisive person, Leisha helped narrow down the many choices with her insight, and explained the lay by process clearly, just in case we changed our mind. Thanks Leisha! :)

Zero out of four. I do not recommend this store at all.Mismeasured the size of my fiancès finger by over 2 sizes somehow. Despite the fact the older portly grey haired women is a supposed professional, she managed to get the measurement so morbidly incorrect that our custom designed ring will need to be remade. Incredibly disappointed in her expertise, service and attitude.Costs us more money, headache and time

Purchased a ring size M and was told that I could get it resized to K. I ended up requesting a resize to K-. When I got the ring back it was K but still too big and was not told that the resizing would still be 1 mm bigger than the size requested. I'm now left with a terribly loose $2k diamond ring. I was also poorly advised by the manager of the store, who tried to convince me that the sizing was correct even after he himself told me that the resizing is 1 mm bigger. He tried to pretend that K was equivalent to J by shoving the ring down to level J, on a ring sizing tool. He was of questionable character and was clearly pretending to be right when he was wrong.Overall, I wouldnt recommend the Bevilles Chadstone store nor would I recommend the jewelry company. I would go elsewhere as I hear the jewelry qaulity is poor. If I could give a rating -100 I would. Be. Warned. Shop. Elsewhere!

Walked into the store Saturday morning where all the staff were huddled talking and the older lady just looked at me until I asked for help. I requested to look at rings and she sent me over to one area of rings and then told me that they didn’t have what I was looking for. I asked to see other rings and she just left me without assisting me or offering other options.I asked nick for help and he honestly was the best. He took me through and showed me different rings and allowed me to try them on and even to take photos of the rings. He provided me with amazing customer service unlike that older lady who needs some training in service. I ended up spending $250 on a gold ring which Nick helped me pick out and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of found it so thank you Nick, appreciate you.

Although my initial review was one expressing frustrations and anger towards the service experience, I have come back to acknowledge the positive end result I experienced as a customer.Yes, initially there were SO MANY ISSUES, fortunately they were resolved... slowly.. but resolved.I know it's a busy time for the store, and they are doing their best..I hope my bevilles ring doesn't disappoint me this time.

I went into the store the other day and witnessed the most appalling behaviour from the male asian manager. Im not sure what people warrant as customer service but I do not believe yelling at another customer is that. I was looking for a gift for my daughters for christmas and this man yelling absolutely ruined my experience and expectations. I left the store empty handed and disappointed. I hope he is given the appropriate training to not treat customers like this. I expected a more professional experience when entering a store and not to leave fearful of purchasing an item.I won't be coming back here again.

Spent a very enjoyable 2 hours at your store accompanied by Joshua who helped me with a refund and two brand new gift purchases. Thank you so much, I will be back! (:
