Little Italy Restaurant Cronulla
Unacceptable customer experience!I would always do some search prior to going anywhere for dinner but it was a spontaneous decision offered by my friends and I regret it!Surprisingly after 14 years living in a Shire I never ended up dining in this place, located in Cronulla, popular dining hot spot.Saturday evening. No booking. One of the waiters was offered to wait for a table. Another waitress came after 20 min wait and said no booking - no service in a very aggressive way!It was also suggested that posting the Google feedback is not necessary. I believe the feedback is great way to face the problem and improve.I would say never again as good customer service is a part of the experience and this place is seriously struggling with it!

We went here for a function, which was costed at $35.00 per head, for this we got pizza, garlic bread and salad. We were advised we had to make a choice prior to the night of our toppings and salad choices. They do not take BYO for big groups, so you need to pay their ridiculous prices for drinks, there is no bottle of wine under $40.00. I ordered a glass of chardonnay and got a fizzy/ fruity drink that was clearly not chardonnay and for this I paid $14.00! When I questioned the staff, I was told, sorry we opened the wrong bottle. This place is a complete rip off for a group booking, I literally had 2 pieces of pizza, 1 piece or garlic bread and some salad for $35.00, with a child also having not much more and needing to also pay this price and then expensive drinks on top of this. Not recommended at all.

Little Italy Restaurant Cronulla
We booked a table for 7.30 on a Friday night. The table we were given was upstairs. When we walked up the stairs we could hear the noise. The room was full with nearly every table shouting at each other. The noise level was horrendous to the point where we had to shout to hear each other to be heard. My son downloaded an app on his phone and he tested the noise level. It was 95 decibels in the restaurant. I like a lively place but this was another level. It really spoilt the enjoyment of the food and being out as a family. I wouldn’t go back but maybe if you sit downstairs it might be better rather than the upstairs zoo. Nothing worse than paying to eat out and not being able to enjoy it. We should have just left before we ordered.

Our local Italian spot.Wait staff are always amazing.Food is fabulous, I love the crab pasta and the eggplant pizza.We take our puppy in the warmer months and sit outside, in winter they make it very cozy inside.

If you want authentic Italian food, come to Little Italy. Our waiter was excellent. It's also great that it's BYO, so you can bring your favourite wine and keep the cost down.

What fabulous food cocktails and desserts.Staff were very courteous and efficient.Loved our pizzas and pastas.Also had a margarita and french martini.

Cocktails were delicious, food was great! Staff were so lovely and let us stay with another table after the closing time and didn't kick us out at all. Vibe is great inside. Great menu.

Little Italy Restaurant Cronulla
An old work colleague suggested this venue for our bi-monthly catch up and it's definitely a keeper! Everything you want in a night out, gorgeous & comfortable venue, friendly efficient staff & impeccable food & service. It's not often that our group finds a restaurant where we all enjoy the complete experience but this time it was unanimous. We had such a great evening at Little Italy Cronulla & will definitely be back again, with the whole family next time!
