Great, friendly and efficient service.We are down from Sydney and our caravan rooftop air con failed. With one phone call they came to the caravan park 2 days later and sorted the issue. Nice change to have tradespeople show up on time and perform the job as required with a smile.

The 2 young men who installed the A/C were very sensitive to my mother's dementia, quiet, respectful, no swearing or loud chatting. The A/C unit, Fujitsu, is fabulous. Installed professionally and quickly. Very happy.

I phoned Dunn & Williams on Monday for a quote on a new air conditioner. Matthew came out the next morning at 9am as promised and gave us a fair unbiased quote which we accepted and we had the whole job completed by Thursday lunchtime. We found this company to be exemplary with its honesty, punctuality and quality of work and no mess left behind. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Dunn & Williams to anyone who asks.
