Firstly they wanted my credit card in advance. Then they did not arrive. Made all sorts of excuses wanted to rescheduled, and then they were not interested in my business at all.I suggest you go somewhere else.

After several confirmation emails and phone calls, they didn't show up for the oven clean. When we called after being 2 hours late.... they still didn't know why no one had tuned up to complete the job. Booked Easy Clean instead for a professional Oven Clean.

Optima Cleaners was highly recommended to us by some friends. So, we hired them to clean the apartment that we needed to vacate. And they did not disappoint! They are very reliable. Customer service was excellent and the staff were on time and really friendly.
