No change machine for the car wash, oporto is ridiculously overpriced and the staff know it, the attitude at opposite ends of the store is odd, the bp console staff are happy and friendly.

How OTR fuel prices differ from each other being the same franchise is a mystery, all the fuel comes from the same place, the Birkenhead storage facility.

Good choice of different food. New store. Large format. Security. Located in a good accessible spot. A bit of a hub as no other close by servos

Went for coffee waited 10min before i was served then had to wait for my coffee to be made twice 1st time male staff asked his other female staff member to then make my coffee... waited 20mins n coffee taste burnt won't go back there, shop is unclean,

I used the carwash Choice of two air or brush. Got the deluxe which includes the wheels and a wax and dry. Was a little more expensive then others in the area but overall was a good clean. This station also has a large supermarket type area for everyday items. Also has an Oportos. Staff are usually quick and attentive. However store needs a different purchase system as hold ups are common with only one cashier on most of the time.
