Very verry rude on the phone would never recommend these people the staff on the phone at reception are blunt and absolutely abruptly rude . Never leaves a feeling of trust for the people who need the help . Never use this company I would not give them the time of day . If your trying to get your life back don't even bother to call this company is by far the rudest that there is . Very unpleasant experience.Don't waste your time .
