Found myself here after every other cafe in the area had closed at this time.Overall nice reasonably large cafe open later than others, serving a broad array of menu items, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian meals.FOOD: Basic but good. Interesting that the beans brekky contains such a small amount of beans.They have an incredible range of sweet gluten free options in the front glass cabinets.STAFF: Efficient and open to being flexible with their menu variations.LOCATION: right in the Middle of town, in the shipping centre. Parking available downstairs or on street.ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair and pram friendly.Large space, could easily suit bigger groups and they have private little bench/booth areas too.

I use to be a regular here but not any more. There were a few mistakes made by the kitchen and after a few attempts to correct things, it was still was still half wrong but at this point we didn't care and ate it. But the icing on the cake" was how violently sick everyone who ate the corrected pizza become."

Been to Rozzis a couple times now, once for breakfast and today for lunch and we've been disappointed both times. Staff that don't know what Worcestershire sauce is (c'mon we're in Australia) and Penne Bolognese with no meat (sorry, there was one small lump). Basically it was a dish of penne pasta. Very disappointing. Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Best food experience. Loved the Hawaiian pizza with amazing cheese on it. Ham n cheese on the pizza was so original and the personal touch from chef/owner to check if everything was alright was just so beautiful. Best place to dine in if you're in grand central

Absolutely the worst meal & service we have ever encountered in Toowoomba. It's unfortunate because the cafe is a lovely venue. The wait staff need retraining! You do not, I repeat do not put a can of coke or bottle of juice into the top of a plastic cup with ice into it & carry it to the table! That's disgusting! Use a serving tray. The potential for germs to be on the bottom of that can then placed into the cup of the consumer is a recipe for germ poisoning. Not to mention it's unprofessional. When your wait staff bring drinks to the table they need to say what the drink is & as who's it it is. Not just dump it and run. The staff got the order wrong when ordering, 2 drinks came to our table wrong & needed to be rectified. Then to top it off, 2 of the dishes were terrible. Salads that wernt washed, old, brown & inedible. Barramundi fillet that was straight out of a box. For the price that was disgusting,fatty & not even cooked correctly it was raw in parts. A handful of cold chips! Do not eat here, you will be sadly dissatisfied. Also a $7 drink served in a plastic take away cup was downright insulting, use a decent glass! Also a snitty from the Coles deli department is not good on the plate for the price you are charging. Don't let the photos deceive you!

Service Good and can be very busy so sometimes hard to be seated during lunch times. The food is very tasty but the pasta dishes are just reheated and not cooked fresh. Because of this they come out warm and get cold quickly. It’s sad as they are very very nice tasting but I’m not the fastest eater and this turns me off ordering.

Food stale and not at all fresh. I don’t think their display cabinet food is thrown away after a certain age but served until they run out, tried both savoury - (chicken rocket) and sweet - (chocolate cake) with a cup of cappuccino. both foods had a dry chewy crust on it which clearly shows the food is not fresh and rather aged, these food items should have been binned instead of serving it to your valuable customers. Such a Waste of money, we could not eat that food at all and left it unfinished.Please discard the display items if they have been sitting in the cabinet for a while.

Red Velvet cake is not my favourite. For me it doesn't taste like Red Velvet. The Super Breakfast was great (Not sure about the name exactly). Service was good, great location and ambiance.

Had a Latte and pulled beef rocket. For the price it was really worth and really delicious. Variety of Italian foods are available for your choice. The staff is helpful and supportive. There is enough tables and dining area. Located in second floor, in-front of HnM.

Healthy & fresh food with right combinations of ingredients, well organised costumer service. Food delivery is real quick. Fairly large space for dining and location is perfect for shopping and browsing around.
