Excellent advice and service. We finally have a suitable mattress for our needs and our comfort and our have improved 100%. Wished we had come here 5 years ago and saved $3,500 on a totally useless mattress that we had to pay to get dumped. Lesson learnt .Slumber Shop in Liverpool Street rates very high.

We are so pleased we first stepped into this shop to buy a small offcut of foam. Even from that small transaction, Gavin's amazing customer service and attention to detail was evident. Our next reason to see Gavin was once again a small transaction for a foam off cut but this time we also inquired about mattresses. Gavin made the effort and spent a good deal of time to give us the inside knowledge of what makes a good mattress great. In the back of our minds was our antique bed mattress which was over 10 years old and judging by the obvious dips, clearly past its best! Increasingly sore backs finally sent us back to Gavin to see about a custom made mattress for our odd-shaped antique bed. Once again Gavin spent the time to run through the various types of mattress along with their pro's and con's. He made choosing a mattress easy and set about organising said mattress to our required specifications. The manufacturer threw up various road blocks to a custom made model but Gavin persevered, thought outside the box and came up with a solution to give us our custom made mattress without compromising its integrity. Gavin's pride in his work and passion for the product is both impressive and inspiring. If you truly want to deal with someone who knows what he's talking about when it comes to mattresses, then don't walk past Slumber Shop & Foamcutters!

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful, yet not pushy. I really wanted to purchase a matress from this shop based simply on the customer service. We did however find a mattress elsewhere that was slightly more suitable from a store with a bigger range. I would encourage others to visit the Slumber Shop.

I ordered a top of the range mattress to be made for my caravan. To start with the service was excellent.The mattress is by far the most extraordinary I've ever slept on. I'm 70 years old so a bit of experience in purchasing and using mattresses.Bravo Slumber Shop from the time I entered your store till my mattress was delivered you have exceeded my expectations on service.The biggest bravo is for your stella product. Without a doubt the finest on the market. (your prices beat your opposition hands down too).

These guys built a two piece custom inner spring mattress for our boat. Could not fault the process and the result was a perfect fit in a difficult space. We chose the type and firmness in the store where we could lay on different options. They quoted on the spot and had it finished the following week. Brilliant service and it appears to be a high quality product. Price was very fair in our opinion. Awesome customer service as well.

Highly recommended. I initially rang regarding some foam for a rooftop tent mattress, explained how we bottom out or deflate inflatable 4x4 mats, Gavin explained the other option was a custom inner spring mattress. We went with this option, had the rooftop tent measured, and within days we were back to install it. The service, quality and expertise was brilliant. We now have a rooftop tent that's enjoyable to sleep in.
