BB Truss & Timber

I have been working with BB Truss and Timber for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have amazing customer service, product quality and extremely competitive prices.

As an owner builder I can tell you now BB truss are one of the most, if not best in Australia.I never paid for site measurement, however their measurements were 100% Precise to the T.My carpenter from Living outdoors construction informed me that this is one of the most accurate roof trusses his worked with as other companies who had supplied him with roof trusses haven’t been as accurate as BB truss. And as for their customer service it’s an absolute top notch. I will definitely be a returning customer :)

BB Truss and Timber is the definition of cheap and nasty.Agree with the previous comments regarding Chantelle...IQ less than 4.The dispatch manager was a gutless coward with absolutely no people/customer skills.When things get heated, they just kick you to the kerb.BB do not care about the customer what so ever, because as soon as they have their money, you become a nobody and succumb to their ways whether you like it or not....and there is nothing you can do about it.Do yourself a favour...pay the extra couple of thousand dollars and go elsewhere where they know what they're talking about from start to finish.

I can’t believe we have been turned away by Natali. She was very rude and had no clue About those word ( Communications and negotiations) clearly said (go some where else)When I asked her “ what’s your position in the company and do you have the ability to make this decision? “ She replied I am the Boss’s PA.Furthermore, she said our business doing very well and we are very successful, we have been in business for 20 years and no need for your business ( without knowing who we are and which company)Guess what, I gave my business to someone else and they were over the moon with 15 double storey homes for this year.In respond to the above there’s a lot of other companies can do a better price with smile you don’t have to deal with angry PAs.Very poor leadership in the companyVery poor communicationVery poor negotiationVery poor personnel quality and customer serviceI don’t recommend at allFor the BB truss I say “there up and down for every business” good luck

Similar to the previous review, I’m an owner builder and only have positive things to say about BB Truss. The sales, engineering and delivery team at their end were all quick to respond and communicative. The trusses arrived on time and had no issues. Joey their engineer/draftsman picked up an issue with our steel that could’ve stuffed us around a fair bit so I’m grateful this was noticed. They also slotted me into their production schedule at relatively short notice. Would recommend.

BB Truss is a disgrace of a company, even though we paid 30k deposit 3 months before we needed the material and agreed on a timeline before payment was made, 2 weeks prior to delivery they said they will be 3 months late and had a take it or leave it attitude.Run away from this company. They also lack integrity, for our 30k deposit, they refused to refund it and delivered 5k of material, which was also the wrong size, we virtually had to through everything away. If they do supply and install for free in the future, I would still not use them, this is how disappointing the experience was. If another company would not have saved us, we might have lost a project. Run away!!!

As an owner builder, I highly recommend BB Truss and Timber. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Right through from discussions with the office staff to the delivery, everything ran so smoothly. No matter who I spoke to, everyone knew what was happening and was able to help with my queries. Thank you BB.

If you require Truss from BB expect great service from their designers and delivery staff. But if you require help from office staff, you will be greatly disappointed. They lack communication skills in every department. Be aware that no contact was made with the customer and it was left for the customer to chase BB Truss and Timber, however when payment was due-identical emails were sent requesting payment. Avoid Chantelle if you require your transaction to run smoothly.

BB Truss just supply and installed my structural steel. I must say it is a terrific system, my carpenters are happy (which is rare) with the factory fitted timber infillsI look forward to receiving the rest of my timber products from BB Truss
