Have had two seperate visits to Simply Wood at Precinct 75 and not only was their customer service absolutely outstanding, both products were stunning and so easy to install.First visit was for some decking tiles to install on our ugly slab of concrete. To say that the decking tiles transformed this area would be an understatement. Having had a few warmer days/nights in recent times and being more conducive to sitting outside, this is now the most used space outside.After our first visit, how could i not go back for a second. This time to get some oregon sleeper panels for a feature wall in our bedroom. So easy to install and completely transformed the bedroom.Customer service was brilliant from the moment we walked in the door. This continued after we got home when we got a phone call from Claudia asking us how we went installing them and to see if there was anything more they could do.Went above and beyond and well worth it!!

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service and the end product from Simplywood! Fantastic quality result with a process that is simple!

I have used simply wood products a couple of years ago and I was happy with everything, but this year I ordered again for my new house and the delivery was disappointing. Their courier didnt care about proper unloading of the goods in a safe and clean place. once I called the Simply wood office and explained them the issue they were not helpful!
