The team here goes out of their way to look after their customers. I've never had a bad experience. Anytime something needs fixing they are really transparent on what it is.They make sure you understand everything before any work commences. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

I called Piva Service Centre to obtain a quotation for the servicing of my wife's car. I received a quotation that I was happy with and I subsequently booked the vehicle in for its service.On the day I asked them to call me for authorisation before undertaking any additional / unquoted work.4.5 hours later I received a call from Piva. I was expecting to be told the car was ready. Instead I had the owner on the phone telling me that he was about to begin the service on the car and that he was raising the price of the service by 25%. I refused to accept the higher price and I asked them not to perform the service.At this stage I should again point out that they had not commenced the servicing of the vehicle. They simply decided that the quoted price of the service was not enough.The only word that comes to mind is here is Scam.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic and want to support local, look no further than Mario and Jason at Piva Service Centre. Excellent friendly service at very competitive rates. Just had my Toyota Aurion serviced here for the first time and won't take it anywhere else anymore.

Great service at realistic prices. Jason and Mario value the real they form with their customers, which is evident in the number of long term clients they have. Every aspect of a job is thoroughly explained and there are no surprises when the invoice arrives. Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jason helped me at short notice with a problem I had with my Pajeiro. Took my Golf back since for a service which was the first time I hadn't taken it to the dealer due to a outrageous costs. The service was fine, much cheaper than the dealer and it's going better than ever.

I had a problem with my little car and took it in today, was greeted by a warm and welcoming Mario Piva. He helped straight away to diagnose the problem at hand, and fixed it in a jiffy. Definitely recommend Piva Service Centre and they now have gain a lifetime customer.

My partner and I had a Safety Check for our station wagon done at Piva Service Centre and are more than satisfied! It was done quite quickly and the staff was extremely friendly. They even picked us up at our place and brought us back, so we didn't have to wait around for our car to be checked. We had an overall very pleasant experience and can highly recommend the centre!

The only place I’ll take my car to get serviced. Jason and his family run a great local business and they’re always transparent and honest with their products.
