It's amazing how Samsung claims to be a premium brand with premium pricing, until you need their support. This store, staff and management, will give you none. Go Google Pixel instead, a much better quality product with much better customer service.

Upgraded our phones yesterday afternoon a young guy Brice served us. He was so helpful made sure all our data was transfered and everything was working well. Stayed back after closing to ensure we got the best service. Thanks Brice.

My newish Samsung had a problem with the screen not responding. It took two visits to diagnose that it wasn' t a warranty issue but an app. I am impressed with their customer service and patience, esp.Edward who ultimately fixed it.

While at this store, we decided to buy the S23 as they offered us $450.00 discount and $1.00 as a trade in, sound all goodUntil my partner check the receipt and Neeraja the employee had only given us a $200.00 discount and keep our trade in phone,on contacting them the day after after realising the mistakewe were told their was nothing that they could/ would do.Everyone makes mistakes both Neeraja and us for trusting somebody and not checking the receipt before we left the shop.But really the chap when we rang was so rude. He said it was our fault and their was Nothing he would do.Would not follow up on the paperwork or talk to Neeraja to check it out, NOTHING" such a bad experienceWhat happened to customer services and caring about your clients and the return sales.This has given the samsung name a bad review and the highpoint shop if this is their attitude to customers i would suggest that you don't shop their.We are going to take this further and I hope that others will take note of the attitude that we received from them."

Buds2 are an absolute rubbish product. Went in to talk to someone about returning them only to be turned back saying to come back and make an appointment as they are understaffed. You pay premium price for things you should offer premium customer service.

Purchased the new Samsung S23+ outright $1700, now that was my first mistake. Ordering leather case online from Samsung store, second mistake. Third mistake was asking to collect item from Highpoint store in Melbourne. Item apparently has not been delivered, however 5 identical items sitting on the shelf gathering dust. I asked store assistants if I could just have one of the items off the shelf and if it could be replaced by my item when it arrives from Samsung, only to be told NO... where is the customer service ?? Non-existent. I have been a loyal customer for many generations of their phones however am now unlikely to purchase another Samsung phone again. I don't understand the problem, the item was ordered from Samsung, sent to a Samsung store for pick-up but they can't give me the item that is on the shelf. Makes complete sense... If there were only 1 or 2 of the item sitting on the shelf, I could understand their reluctance, but there were at least 5 of the item on the shelf. Never again... you have lost me as a customer!!

I am waiting for my z flip 4 replacement for over 3 months but still haven't arrived yet. I try to contact customer service and wanted to know the process, and they always says to me that manager will contact you in 2 business days ,but it's never happened. I've been to the shop and wanted to talk with the store manager too but they never gave me a phone call too.This is useless and worst customer service ever.
