Star Car Wash - Westfield Warringah Level 1

Paid $69 for the premium wash. They did not clean the roof of my car at all. The roof is still just as dirty as I left it. Rushed the rest of the job over the rest of the car leaving plenty of dirt marksstill there. Really disappointed with the lack of effort and attention to detail. Putting a bit of tyre shine on and giving it a quick rinse is not a premium service.

250 dollars to get my car washed and upholstery cleaned. The car was returned basically dripping (seats and carpets). I am trying to get the car interior dry for 3 days now (car in the sun and opened). It is damp and smells because they didn’t dry it properly. It is a lot of money for a service I have to finish. And my upholstery is not even cleaned, stains remained the same.

Worst car clean I’ve ever experienced!!Did not clean behind the seats. When I asked why the car dash wasn’t cleaned properly the response I got was “ oh that’s not part of the platinum cleaning services to remove the marks on the dash”Would never use them or recommend them to anyone !

After paying $120 and returning 2 hours later.. it appears that I will need give the Ute a clean myself. These guys are a joke!! Maybe if they had some lights in the area that they are working, they could see that the vehicles are not clean… Indian crew, no good… Wont be returning.

Damaged vehicle, strongly recommend avoiding this service. Our vehicle was damaged in three separate areas (scratch on internal windows) which were absolutely not there prior to the service, and the owners have accepted no responsibility whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere. I’mA reasonable person and was committed to working with them towards a solution and outcome and they have completely disregarded the damage they have caused and not accepted responsibility meaning we now have to go via insurance and legal paths.

1 star is a compliment. They do a terrible job every time. And just tell you it’s not what your package included. Potentially offer you another free wash but that’s just as horrid. Save your money! Avoid at all costs.

I recently had an amazing experience with Star Car Wash's interior detailing service. My dog's unexpected adventure in a creek left my car smelling damp and unpleasant. However, Star Car Wash swiftly tackled the issue, providing excellent communication and exceeding my expectations.Their staff was friendly and attentive, genuinely interested in understanding and addressing my needs. I have tried this outfit at Warringah Mall 3 times and three times I have come away dissatisfied. Complete lack of attention to detail and promises that are never delivered!Today I opted for a Platinum wash and apparently got a polish “thrown in for free” to make up for previous poor experiences and instead I got was seems like an “express” result, which is consistent with my previous POOR experiences.The last two times I had promises of a better service next time and supposed discounts. They take on the job whether they can deliver the results or not.Today I specifically mentioned that I needed to be leaving at a certain time and explained previous problems and asked “could they deliver”…. Same results AGAIN the text came 45mins after the allotted time and when I came to collected my car, the hubs of the car were not clean nor many corners or areas of detail. These photos are taken AFTER they had supposedly addressed my concerns. Although granted I was pretty fed up at this stage and didn’t wait around to give them another shot at ACTUALLY fixing properly. Internally lots of areas were neglected to be hoovered which I only discovered after leaving.

Just got my car home from having it cleaned - to be in the sunlight and see the shocking interior cleaning job. Totally don't expect the car to look like a Bently when it leaves but at the bare minimum to be sprayed and wiped - so many missed spots which I've now been able to go over myself with a wet wipe. Really not impressed seeing as I left my car for 1.45hrs.

Scam!Treated myself but now just feel like a fool. Booked the ‘platinum’ service and was assured that included a vacuum and internal clean. Absolute garbage. Nothing worse than paying $69 knowing that you’ll have to clean the inside yourself when you get home. Since when is $69 a rush job?! Their prices do not reflect their service.
