Cyrus is super flexible and managed to arrange a session in a very short notice as I needed that. He is friendly yet professional and the photos he made are incredible, never thought I'd have such photos. We were gifted a voucher with Cyrus for our engagement photo shoot and we found him to be ok to work with during the shoot. At the conclusion of the shoot, he said he would come to our home to view the photos and we arranged a date for after a holiday we were about to embark upon. When Cyrus came to show us the photos we weren’t too impressed with the images and were even less impressed with his conduct. We found his pyramid pricing to be extremely high and the voucher only covering a few digital images. What offended us the most, however, was his behaviour and pushy sales tactics. We felt trapped into purchasing something on the spot which we weren’t sure about under the threat of a price increase if we waited until the following day. We paid cash and were not provided with a receipt, nor were we offered an alternative option to view the gallery online which we later found out we could have done instead.We would never use Cyrus again or recommend him to anyone in our life. The most upsetting part of this experience was that it tainted the happy memory of us celebrating our engagement.
