Open to 9:30 online so we take time out of work to take a 5 year old and the guy shuts the doors in front of him.

Showed up for movie an hour early with my 4yr old to have some fun beforehand and although google says they are open, they are closed.Now I have a very disappointed 4yr old to amuse for an hour until our movie starts. Not impressed.

Was looking forward to go on a date tonight. Went to the arcade centre, turns out they’re closed. Even though they say they are open until 9:30 pm. Unbelievable

Purchased 270 tokens from the machine and received 248. Half the machines where not dispensing tickets as per the instructions. Kids were short changed left right and center. Someone needs to monitor them.

Fire people don’t complain to the costumers that their smth wrong one of your costumers said. that the staff at the counter didn’t talk at all and didn’t look at them at all. and you replied with wearing masks for long periods of time can make our staff uncomfortable pls pay respect to our staff. LIKE no that guy didn’t talk at or or look at the customer that guy probably wanted to pay you DONT GO HERE

The guy behind the counter did not once speak or even look at my children my wife and myself the whole time we spoke to him.
