Loveeee love love Just Jase Hair. Prompt, communicative service from every employee I spoke to, either through the phone or during the appointment. Got a restyle cut from Hayley and some blonde highlights done (on black hair) by Shakira. Both did an incredible revamp, guiding me through everything they were doing to my hair. I was overjoyed with how it turned out both times when done by Hayley and Shakira. Thank you so much JJH!

Two weeks ago I went in to Hair by Jase and paid $400 for keratin smoothing. Which was great I was so happy with the results. The next week with their referral I booked in for a full head of foils. This is what I am left with after having light blonde hair from my previous visit. After my foils I wasn’t happy with the colour so they told me to come back in for a different toner. I booked this, went in and they informed me I would be paying for the service. I told them that after the foils the keratin smoothing had no affect on my hair as seen in the photo below. They couldn’t fix this and told me their boss Jase would be contacting me and he hasn’t. $700 I have given their business in two weeks and I was left crying in the salon after an older lady spoke to me horribly. All I said to her was ‘I didn’t want my hair to go any darker after putting a toner in it,’ and she reiterated over and over ‘THAT IS WHAT IM TRYING TO EXPLAIN TK YOU.’ Which I knew. I was just in shock that they were trying to charge me even more money for a toner. They wouldn’t speak to me about a solution to my treatment being non existent in my hair and said almost anything to get me out the door. Such as ‘the colour of your clothes reflects onto your hair’ ‘gold colour? I don’t see gold at all’ ‘the water at my hotel may have had something to do with the keratin treatment not working’This picture of me crying my eyes out shows all of the evidence.If you love giving businesses insane amounts of money and being left in tears with no refund or solution this is the business for you.Such a shame that after I have visited this salon three times paying a total of $980 in my time in three months that they are ignoring me when I am clearly so upset with my results.My hair looks awful for Christmas after spending 7.5 hours in this salon in the last two weeks.Beyond upsetting.

Always such an inviting and friendly atmosphere, all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable in their field, always felt very accommodated and listened to. Can’t fault them at all :)
