Customer service from Claudia is outstanding!!! Order came early which we needed due to the covid delay in Melbourne. Cookies look exactly as described and made exactly for our vegan and nutfree dietary requirements. Would definitely order again. Thank you so much xoxo

The team is amazing. From the 1st email I sent, I had someone contact me within 15 minutes. I had the smallest timeframe for the cookies to be made up with a logo & small note but they delivered it through without any problems. The cookies looked fantastic! Thank you so much Monogram Cookies!!

I can't rate monogram cookies highly enough! These personalised treasures make for the best gifts and are also a great idea to use as 'cookie name placeholders' on tables at events. Not only do they look and taste amazing but business owner Claudia goes above and beyond to accommodate requests, she is so lovely and helpful! I'll definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends.
