Free iceblocks for the kids, great play areas and a yummy selection with generous servings on menu. Great service too! Perfect to bring the kids in from the heat!

Great staff and facilities. The kids can keep busy for a couple of hours and the chips and cuppas are reasonably priced. I never used the party rooms but they have them available for booking. Seating is occasionally limited at busier times but it's rarely happened. I just sit in one of the unused party rooms, the staff have never made an issue of it.

Booked a birthday party and it was great! Food and ice cream cake was delicious. The staff did a great job setting up the party room and during the entire event staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really great venue!!My kids had a lovely time playing, in a safe and secure environment. My toddler could easily move between the two areas allowing me some chill time and the food was served fast and hot. Very tasty and cost appropriate menu and the kids ate everything put in front of them.The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful- great with the kids but genuine as well.My only criticism is the lack of a door to the kitchen area as my toddler does like to wander and I had to run twice to get them.

Very friendly staff, specific play area for age three and under, clean equipment, reasonable choice of cafe snacks, slot machine rides, good range of kids treats like giant cookies and ice blocks, great location as it's near the beach and Esplanade park if kids want even more activity, bouncy castle. Parents can relax and have a coffee and food while the kids play, secure as automatic locking gate in place. Great prices and you can stay as long as you like.

Had my son's 3rd birthday here at a great price. The staff were fantastic, happy and friendly, a very welcoming place. The playground is clean, well looked after and the kids absolutely loved it, all ages. Food is lovely too!

New staff are great. New menu has been great so far. Great to see some additions ie new jumping castle. Just needs a few bits still to be repaired. Female who works all the time is so friendly n helpful and have come across 2 new guys, both very friendly, 1 was exceptional. Interacted with the kids, watched him do a full clean of the climbing areas, he anticipates a few things that was generally helpful. Enjoy going here and kids love it

My two year old loves it here. She enjoys the under 3s area but also likes the challenge of the main playground. She's gaining more confidence with it each time we go. Food and beverage items are quite cheap and the staff are friendly. We easily spend many hours here. It can get really busy on weekends but it's a great place for young ones during the week while older children are at school.
