Lovely that they offer vegetarian and vegan food although a lot more options would be appreciated! I have had hit and miss experiences with the staff. Some staff are rude but I was recently served by a lovely girl called Chloe. She came across as a naturally sweet person. They need more like her working there!

I have picked up a few cakes on order from the bake house from this store with no issues, the cakes are always fresh when ordered online from the bakhouse and tasty and really happy with them. The images look nice and one i ordered with fresh jam and cream in the sponge cake and was yummy. I will continue to order my cakes from goldsteins. The below picture is a rainbow cake and was very nice.

Came into the store the other day and had a fantastic experience, I would love to thank the wonderful staff who served me the other day especially the young girl named Chloe, she was polite, smiley and over a well mannered person. Will definitely be visiting again and would love for this message to be passed down to her.

Recently went to the Reedy Creek shop. Waited while the only person serving talked & talked to a customer and then waited while they asked the customer’s child what she would like (she was only choosing a couple of small cakes) and finally decided we had waited far too long whilst not being acknowledged at all and left without purchasing a large order of pies! Will not be going back….terrible staff. No idea about customer service, spending five minutes chatting to and finally serving someone who is making a very small purchase, while serious paying customers are completely ignored!

Absolutely annoyed. Very sullen server..bought muffin and coffee. Had to ask for muffin to be heated had to ask for some cream with it. Came out still in its paper with one side peeled down and cream on the paper. Told to get your own spoon..did she see the walking stick?? Coffee comes out all spilled down one side and big puddle in saucer..didn't even bother to wipe side of cup. Bad attitude bad service bad coffee. Only going to coffee club from now on. Plenty of photos taken.

Management is terrible. Saw a little girl crying and no support for her. Felt bad for her. Have been there couple times after and haven’t seen her. She was a fantastic barista and a very nice girl.

So lovely! I came in last Saturday for a cuppa and maylasiam lamb pie, was served by young girl Amelia and was so sweet
