Original request was for a pre sale bond clean and some building handyman work. Rachel got back to me quickly when I made the request but once quote was accepted I had to call and follow up to book times in. I asked for the handyman work to be completed first so that the paint had time to dry and any mess would be cleaned up. Initially Rachel said this wouldn't be a problem and we had several conversations about it but when the booking times came through it was clean in the morning, handyman work in the afternoon of the Thursday. I accepted this as I was under time constraint with the open home on the Saturday. As this was an investment property I had to arrange to be there to meet the handyman (Rachel) but I got a call late from the cleaners that she wasn't able to make it and would be over the next morning - wasted trip. I accepted this as it was late in the week and I had one day remaining to prep for the open home. The next morning Rachel didn't show, call or message to say she would be late. I had to message and call her to eventually find out she wouldn't have time to complete the work so I was left with half a day to get someone out to complete the work. Subsequently I paid for an urgent call out fee for the new handyman. The presale bond clean wasn't too bad but not worth the cost and overall very disappointed in the communication. Would not recommend.

Totally recommend R & A Property Services Cleaning & Maintance - absolutely fantastic. Rachael was wonderful to deal with, excellent communication. They helped us out on short notice with bond clean when another company failed to turn up.The real estate was very impressed with the high standard of clean.

These girls are super women. I have seen them turn a filthy disgusting house (that I wouldn't even let my worse enemy live in) into a show home. I can not recommend them highly enough. Every clean they have done for me has been of the highest standard and I have never had to call them back. Communication is always prompt and professional. If you want a good, honest, reliable, great priced cleaner then look no further then Rachel and the girls.

We were exceptionally happy with these guys. They were amazing from start to finish. Did a wonderful job, helped me get my bond back when I had all but thought it gone. Went above and beyond by dealing with my real estate for me. Im very grateful and will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are Amazing! I called them a few days before Christmas wanting a full bond clean done before Christmas Eve. They not only came through doing an amazing job, but price was also great and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and flexible to what I needed. Would highly recommend!

I've had many cleaners in my time but I haven't come across 1 that have been this good!No messing around. Always on time and excellent at there job!I have now booked them in for regular cleans and would reccomend them to anyone that wants to not waist there time
