I love getting my lashes done whenever I'm in Melbourne, the service is always professional! The different lash options are gorgeous, the quality is amazing and they are so comfortable compared to other lash extensions I have previously had done.To follow up on the negative review that was posted regarding a particular incident, my brother actually walked past with our dog at the time. Although he didn't understand what was happening, he did witness that it was the customer herself that was causing all the commotion and being abusive to the staff whilst the owner was trying to calm her down.To travel all the way from Sydney to Melbourne for a touch up (it would have been more economically viable to have the touch up completed in Sydney) is laughable and in no way should a business be held responsible for your lack of preparation. There are other customers booked after your scheduled appointment, yet you are so entitled that you and your friend believes your should be served first (despite being late) and wreck someone else's schedule. If I was late to my dinner arrangements because some clown from the last appointment couldn't show up on time and still had the audacity to demand service - are you or the business supposed to reimburse me for my booking deposit?You preach about small businesses copping it hard because of lockdowns, yet you're getting your friends to leave bad reviews based on YOUR tardiness. Your response to the whole situation is immature and your actions show it too. Be better.

Lisa (the owner) is a true perfectionist and knew exactly what I wanted before I even asked.Cannot thank or recommend enough ❤️

Got these nails done for my wedding back in March. My photos aren’t good enough to show how stunning these nails are. The level of detail was amazing and I am still loving these nails 3 weeks later! It was well worth the price.

This is the best ever place to get your nails done with nail arts. The salon is so cute and with bubble tea service. The technicians work at Mollyfuns are professional and friendly, and they always there to assist our inquiries.The salon is so comfortable and enjoyable.I’m highly recommended this salon to anyone who want to get nail art and lashes extensions done. Definitely gonna come back again!

One of the best nail salons I've been to! I made a mistake with my booking but thankfully the owner, Lisa, was very accommodating and still allowed me to get what I wanted. Thank you so much Wei for finishing my nails even though it was supposed to be your day off, they looked even better than the picture I showed! Definitely will be coming back again :))

Im from Sydney and I came to this store as I was very impressed by their manicure artwork. After paying $200 for the nail art I got pressure sold the brow tattoo, and it was sold to me as $400 which was half price. There was a complimentary follow up …. I actually flew back from Sydney to melb in 6 weeks as I was instructed. After paying for airfares and Uber fees, I was told to leave the store as I was running late (because my departing flight from Sydney was delayed)Worst decision ever on my part.I feel horrible and embarrassed for trusting someone who sold me a service with complimentary follow up that costed me on the travel.Hi LisaI am thoroughly shocked and disappointed with the way you are attempting to manipulate the situation.I wasted my return air flight and return fares from airport to your business only to be abused in a way that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I can understand that you are having a tough time as a small business after Covid lock down. However, it does not excuse you for mistreating people (let along your customers).Please feel free to post the cctv footage online, if you are comfortable with showing the world your behaviour on the day of the incident.P.S. your shop does not retail beers. Your friend offered the beer to me as complimentary offer as he was ashamed with your behaviour.

How do you treat a smitten customer who caught a flight from Sydney(I know it's like placing a lot of trust in a place/salon) ONLY to make it to the complimentary follow-up appointment?By being unappreciative, unaccommodative and high-headed. Definitely not!Understandably Covid made things tougher for the businesses but we're in this together. At the least, a bit of humility is expected from someone working in hospitality industry and meeting many customers on a daily basis.If you're going to have the same vitriolic attitude to your customers, good luck with your business.Btw, the expenses of flights and taxi were MUCH more than the booked follow-up appointment itself.

This place is such an underrated gem. I found this salon through Instagram and it’s an instant favourite. They offer a wide array of services such as lash extensions, dental treatments, and manicures and pedicures and have a lovely cafe in-house so you can have something to eat / drink while you get your nails done.The place is very clean and pretty, the seats are comfortable and the technicians are accomodating, highly skilled and detail oriented.I was initially a little taken back by the price, but I can assure that it is worth every single cent for the quality of work and service. I had a nasty fall at work a day after I had my nails done and one of the gel nails snapped off, and some jewellery was damaged. However it was repaired free of charge by the technicians, and they still look good as new an entire month later. The technicians put their time and energy into perfecting the result, and it shows. It really, really shows.They deserve every cent that they charge, and I will be returning again.
