My fiance saw Dr Tim Cain for the first time recently after avoiding dentists for years due to a slight phobia. Tim was reassuring and explained exactly what the treatment plan would be. He seemed very experienced and this first session of a root canal (on a tooth we had previously been told needed removing) which immediately relieved the pain and discomfort. Definitely going back for the follow up appointments

I have been seeing Helen for around 5 years now for general dental treatments and sports mouthguards and it has always been a very positive experience. Both Helen and Tim are extremely professional, friendly and caring Dentists who provide exceptional service for their patients.

Dental on the terrace is a very professional and friendly dental surgery. Helen provides excellent care. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If further treatment is required you are provided with a very clear treatment plan and follow up. I certainly do recommend this dental surgery.

After my Dentist of 25 years retired, I sought the services of a new Dentist in my local area of South Perth. Dr Tim Cain came highly recommended by many parents of my son's school, Wesley College including the school nurse. I have now been a patient of his for 3.5 years. Dr Cain has performed all of my oral health care ranging from routine exams, scale and polishing, grinding splint, teeth whitening, numerous mouthguards for my sons through to my first ever filling! Dr Cain explained my procedures throughly and I always felt at ease and reassurred that I was in excellent hands. Dr Cain has been practising for over 25 years and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Dental on the Terrace, especially if you’re a bit cautious about going to the dentist for the first time in a long time. I was nervous, not for any procedure but because I was a bit embarrassed by the state of my teeth. Dr Tim Cain and his wonderful team put me right at ease and were not judgemental at all. They were able to save a tooth I thought would need extraction, relieve my pain and even addressed my eroded front tooth I never imagined there were even options for! I will go regularly now for maintenance to keep my teeth in better shape and keep my renewed confidence in my smile.

My elderly mother needed emergency dental treatment and was seen Dr Tim Cain.She received kind and compassionate care from Tim who understood she was unwell and frail. Her treatment was explained thoroughly to me, with options for further treatment if things didn't settle.Mum improved quickly with no need for further intervention, she was reassured by Tim's caring manner, obvious experience and professionalism.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dental on the Terrace as a preferred dental service. As a family we always appreciate the positive and professional service offered by Helen and Tim Cain. We also value the friendly and helpful nature of the reception staff when it comes to arranging or altering appointment times. Excellent service all round.
