Have just discovered this little gem near me. My kids love their millet flour bread and they have a great range of breads in other types of flour/ seeds. Great if you want a nutritious bread without all the additives. Thanks guys!

I have been buying millet bread from Culina bakery for over 12 years now. The organic millet is my favorite but I have had millet buns and the hot cross buns at Easter as well. It started with the old owners and since the change nearly 2 years ago the new owners are baking all the same recipes and ingredients just as well.

Their Apricot Rye Fruit loaf is the best! Love it! And so does everyone I serve it to. Do lovely sour dough beads too.

Since the recent change of hands the bread sadly has gone downhill. It used to be quite dense/substantial, now it is airy and fragile, can barely butter it without it breaking. Reminds me of white bread. Such a shame.
