Sam was very responsive when I called him initially for a quote. Same day I called the for the quote the water heater decided to die. I spoke with Sam again and he came over to see what the issue was on his way home. By 10am the next day I had a water heater delivered. By 4pm, old heater was disconnected and removed and the new one installed. Sam and his crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.Any questions I had were answered and I got another quote for some other work need doing in the near future.Very very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use again and have no problem recommending Ezy Plumbing as can do so with confidence.
