Not a positive experience waited over 3 months for an appointment,acrylic nails were uneven and lumpy did not have time to ask for fixing but did love nail design and tbh the professionalism is not there for remedy of any issues and after hours I won't attend a business . insurance is a must you cannot be inside or supported after hours legally . Not recommended my appt was booked for 12pm Saturday they are closed at this time and would have had to stay would have preferred a time they were open

Very happy with my haircut from Katie, been going there for quite a few years now. Never had a bad haircut, and I have been disappointed at other hairdressers. Lovely friendly staff, clean premises. A great experience and loving the laughter, makes for a fabulous time out.

I booked an appointment for hair cut and colour for Wednesday at 4 . The staff put me on wait for 10 mins first and they assigned me with the trainee which can’t do my hair as I wanted so booked an appointment on Friday at 8 until 11 for hair foil . I went there at 820 due to traffic and the staff told me she only got 10 mins to do it as I was late . Atleast they should have made clear about timing before booking . Such a worst salon I have ever seen. Won’t recommend to any one . Waste of time and energy
