Renewing AV software should not be difficult.1. I called George a few times and thank goodness you have a person whom answers calls. However it's almost a month and my Eset subscription has now expired. With George's escalation to tech support has resulted in no success.2. I raised an online ticket and there has been zero response.3. APCA are part of the distribution channel for Eset as far as I can see. I've never had renewal problems before. This is really disappointing.4. 1 star for service and 5 stars for the eset software.5. I had to purchase a new electronic copy of the AV software, since there has been very little assistance.Thanks Anyware!
