Fantastic training venue. The forklift instructor Byron Hooper was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and caring. He has the rare knack of making things interesting and making learning easy. He went out of his way to make sure the students gained the knowledge and skills required. I had never been near a forklift prior to this course, but thanks to Byron, I feel confident enough to operate one anywhere.

Byron was our instructor and I can honestly say he was an amazing teacher! I was so nervous about sitting my test but the reading material he sent home with us to study was a huge help! Byron help calm the nerves on test day and had so much patience for all of us! Thank you for a great experience!

Byron is an excellent forklift instructor. Thoroughly across his material and delivers it with energy & clarity. Nice to get explanations and demonstrations that are practical and relatable. Also helps that there is a good sense of humour that comes out too.

What a pleasant experience, Byron is passionate about his job and is an extremely knowledgeable and safety conscious instructor. His patience and guidance is extremely important in a High Risk situation and his teaching methods are very clear and stress free. Another special mention to Joy in the office for wonderful communication and reminders regarding training and assessment days. Lovely to see the ladies passing with flying colours in what is usually a male dominated industry.

Had a great experience with this company for my boyfriend’s Forklift license. He is Korean and still not 100% fluent with English this is the only company I found that offered one on one exam support to help people from non English speaking backgrounds to still do this course! So helpful. Joy was also incredibly helpful and prompt with responding to our questions aswell as being so great at booking in so fast! Definitely recommend this company for other people needing training quickly and who may need extra help during exams!!
