One of the best brands in home decoration with its unique style and this branch with the lovely staff is my go to for this brand.

Pretty much the worst customer experience I’ve ever received at a “luxury” brand. We bought my partners wedding ring there and a watch for myself along with other homewares. The staff are completely incompetent. I needed to have my watch re-sized and after returning to pick it up the lady that originally served us for an hour the weekend before completely ignored us. The watch wasn’t sized correctly and had to be sent back. The second time we came to collect the re-sized watch it still wasn’t the right size and the staff member took no responsibility, wiping his hands of the situation. We left the shop with the watch that still didn’t fit and will need to take it somewhere ourselves. Complete incompetence and a joke of a situation....a faulty towers experience. We will never return.

Judging a book by it's cover does not truly indicate a person's wealth or intellect. Unfortunately the person assisting, treated us the same way. Unfortunately for them we found what we wanted with similar value elsewhere. Thank goodness for old tracksuits.

Customer service was great when i purchased two very expensive items for my wife and daughter as a gift. When we found the item for my wife was too small, this store only offered store credit. If i purchased the items online, i would have received a full refund. My wife and i visited the store to find nothing she liked. We are now stuck with a very expensive item my wife will never wear. I will never shop here again, and i will never refer a family member, colleague, or friend to this store. I will make sure they are all aware of our experience. I will not even look in the window. It's very disappointing, and we have thrown away A LOT of money. Shame on you!

I have never experienced such horrible service. In particular, by Ariel. I think that was his name. Lack of knowladge, NO intrest in the customer. He was more concered with his reflection than his job. I would rate 0 stars.

Service was excellent ... courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, non pushy and friendly. We are really happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this store.
