Great online quote process and phone help very professional. I was a bit shocked with the difference between 1990 and 1980 house build premiums, but still $1K pa cheaper than bank I've been with for 44 years.

My original insurance provider for 30+ years costs rose significantly so I decided to shop around. Sure insurance came in with a far better quote and I was able to renew my home insurance within around 5 minutes over the phone, the policy arrived via email whilst I was on the phone to SURE discussing it. extremely happy with the SURE insurance ease and costs

Staff member was extremely helpful and understanding and knew her product, she called me back exactly when she said she would. Their price was almost half of all the other quotes obtained..I look forward to Sure Insurance offering vehicle coverage.

When I needed SURE in a hurry they come through! They are easy to contact, they had a remedy for the issue within hours of my first call and the assessor was swift in coming out despite the fact I live more rurally. Cannot fault any step of the process!

The Representatives we dealt with were very friendly, helpful & showed great empathy. We had a break & enter with the theft of very precious & sentimental jewellery items. The cash settlement was very quick & even though it can't replace the sentimental value, it does help me start to make new memories.

My house insurance I had raised my premium by 1,000.00 a year. I did a quote with SURE and it was almost half the price of my current policy. I joined oneline and then realized I needed to change my start date. It was quite a process but Bailey was amazing and called back when she said she would and followed up with everything she said she would. Customer service was amazing.
