Awesome lodge! Great location. Great facilities. Such a cosy, homely feel, perfect for the kids and small groups. Comfortable, intimate living areas where all guests can quickly become new friends. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back!

The lodge is equipped with an old ducted heating in the living area only that is unreliable. The fire place provides most of the heat in the lodge. There’s no heating in the rooms in level 1. To get some warmth in the rooms I needed to leave the door open. The rooms in the first level face the 2 bathrooms which is not great for noise. The rooms also have a system to close close automatically and we can hear the doors slamming shut. I found everything basic I needed in the kitchen. There’s a coffee machine and a microwave. The internet was terrible and I couldn’t rely on my phone hotspot as the coverage wasn’t great. It’s a good or bad thing depends on your situation. There’s also no RV but few basic board games. The living and dining areas are pretty cramped together. It feels intimate or lack of privacy. The bathrooms had 2 toilets and showers and I didn’t experience any queue. The dining tables had always leftovers on them but overall the lodge was clean and cute with the cedar all over. I paid 230/night for a child and adult during school holidays. I had a spacious brand new room with hydronic heating and full ensuite next door at Kalyna lodge for 250/night for 2 adults, we’ll equipped kitchen and living areas. Overall not the best value for money and very basic standard but had the best time in Hotham

Lovely lodge with easy access to road and Big D. Fine facilities and great communal feels. Open fireplace and stunning views. I truly enjoyed my time there with my young son. We'll be back. Thanks Karnulurra.

Beautiful lodge. Amazing views and close to slopes. Showers were those old heavy flow nozzles that they fazed out years ago and Karnulurra saw the wisdom in keeping theirs #waterfall #torrent
