Booked a party for my daughter paid the deposit. Didn’t hear anything until half an hour before the party was starting. Paid $416 for 16 kids, food and 2 jugs were provided but no cups or plates had to ask for sauce. And the times given are confusing. 2 hours play time 1.5hrs in the private room so is it 3.5 all together? We weren’t in a private room we were up the back and had people standing all through the area from other parties. Then when I when I was asked to come and pay they asked me to pack up our things because another party was booked. No help at all I had to ask to many questions and no answers the teenage workers were very confused definitely need more training and they need someone dedicated to the party area for helping.. won’t be coming here again!

Great service. Had an afterhours party, got the whole venue to ourselves the kids had the best time ever. Staff was engaging and friendly towards kids and adults. The food and coffee made beautifully in addition to the place being neat and organised. Definitely coming back with the kids!! Great work.

Staff was not helpful, when I approached them for some question in regards why I had to pay for 8 kids for a bday party but had food only for 5 they were very rude and not wanting to help.Very cold. We did not have a room so lots of people were comin through, not pleasant. Will not recommend this place.

Place was disgusting. Everything was broken. Only 2 teens running the place. You aren’t aloud to take in any food or drinks yet they have basically no food you can buy. We bought 2 cokes, both were out of date. I went through the fridge & all of the others were out of date by 3 weeks! While checking one of the workers said “no point checking, they’ll all be out of date” Staff need to be trained to check the fridge at least once a week! Everything seemed to hard when asked the workers for anything. One of my sons friends had an accident on something & had a blood nose, they tried to say “oh there’s nothing here that can cause a blood nose” no incident report nothing. Asking for a cloth to wipe his nose & went told there was blood on the thing where the incident happened, they just rolled their eyes.

Great for children but seriously if you are going to have young teens serving give them some supervision and training. Brought coffee from two young kids who clearly did t have a clue how to make it. Coffee was burnt and scolding hot. An accident waiting to happen.

Awesome kids had a blast. party food was good. Will be going again.

Great place to take the kids. 3 sections depending on age catering up to early teens I'd say. Small selection of hot food and coffee for the parents or go play on the bigger inflatables. The bigger kids section has wipeout style obstacle courses which the kids love.

Great range to keep the kids busy, but there was no food available to purchase and nothing in the slushie machine either. When we asked if we could order anything to eat we were told we had to wait 20mins to be able to place an order. We were only there for a 2hr party booking and already been there awhile.The party food itself was good but the kids complained that the cordial was too weak.
