Choosing the right car is never an easy task! We walked in to the Mantello branch we instantly knew we were going to be taken care of. From the offering of the coffee and water (which was well needed after a morning of driving around endless car yards), to the relaxing environment to friendly staff that greeted us as soon as we walked in. Michael's knowledge of cars was extraordinary, not only he assisted and guided me to my dream car he also stayed within our budget with addons too! The team took good care of us, the paperwork and the handover of the car was seamless, not to forget the beautiful Mia that took her time to show us the car's features before we drive off. Thank you guys, will definitely come back to see you in the near future for an upgrade! Highly recommend.

Updated review: It seems they take review’s seriously which is good. Was contacted promptly after my review and called to come back in for a service. Received a sincere apology and a quick service. Was kind of them to also give my car a quick wash and clean.Original review: I’d give zero stars if that was allowed. My husband went in twice for a service. And was sent back to come back in a couple hours as they apparently didn’t have anyone competent to do a basic service which was booked for that morning. He went back next day only to be told they don’t have an appointment booked for our vehicle when we had received a confirmation email.

As always its a good dealership to buy a car and haven't made me feel pressured into buying a car but did feel a little pressure from accessories manager. Who tried to get us to purchase a few grand more in things I stated we didn't want. Butv8n saying that have dealt with this dealership for around 10 years.

I had my new Hyundai venue active at Hyundai Mantello Roxburgh Park.
