Ive never been to a public gym out of anxiousness being around other people and my confidence of a workout routine or using equipment. Nathan assigned me Sarraa who was calm, patient but still challenged me. She came to my apartment gym to get me confident with equipment and workout routines as well as training me. I have loved my sessions!
