This is the spot that makes the whole cape worth it.When you have been rattled to your bones and about ready to give up, you better take the time to spend 2 or 3 nights (or more if you have the time), wash off the dust and relax in the amazing, clear waters of Eliot Falls.

A beautiful and spectacular place for a swim after a long dusty day on the Telegraph Track. You can drive in also from the main road and camp the night there. Remember to book first with Qld National Parks as there is very little signal there for your phone.

Great place a must visit . It’s incredibly difficult to get to . Not wheel chair friendly or disable friendly ‘ not dog friendly either . Roads are extremely rough and it’s hot but there are toilets

After a looooong bumpy, dusty and muddy day on the old Telegraph track this beautiful place was perfect for relaxing. Definitely a must stop and swim destination!

Great place to stop and swim on your route along the Old Telegraph Track. A welcome relief in the hot climate. Allow to spend a few hours here or even camp overnight. Note: The current under the waterfall is STRONG. Not a place for weak swimmers or young children. Other areas are ok though.
