A mere 5 star rating is insufficient- Chris is exceptional! My chimney was in a pathetic state due to my own neglect. Chris did an exceptional job, actually managed to restore the external look of the fireplace and went so far as to offer to come back and teach me to light a fire when I next need to. Exceptional customer service. Chris is professional, prompt, efficient and delivered an excellent result for a very affordable price. I highly recommend him.

I am very impressed with Chris' professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and his honesty. I had earlier experienced another chimney sweep who rudely said he wasn't interested after he showed initial interest and requested me to send him messages and photos twice (twice because apparently he could not find the first message with photos) over two weeks. Subsequently, I called Chris and told him that the flue/chimney on my roof blew off in a strong wind. Chris assured me that he would be able to fix the problem and he would be able to inspect the damage within 6 days. Chris confirmed the day before that he was coming and he arrived on time. After inspecting the existing flue/chimney for the roof, he said he could put the current one back. The repairs were completed within the hour without any fuss or mess. He brought the tarpaulin down and folded it and also stacked the bricks (used to hold the tarpaulin) neatly next to the house. I appreciated his honesty as he could have said I needed a new flue/chimney. He advised me that it was not necessary for me to incur additional costs. Chris is good value for money and I highly recommend Chris. Thank you Chris. Very happy with your services in repairing the flue/chimney.

Chris and his good man Les worked very hard to have our wood heater fireplace replaced before the storms hit this weekend.Watching them work, it's very obvious how much pride they take in their job. They were very meticulous on keeping a clean and tidy work area and ensuring a perfect installation right down to the smallest details.Excellent service and very reasonably priced. We will continue to have Chris back to maintain our Fireplace. Couldn't recommend them more highly!!!

I booked the chimney flue and fireplace clean months in advance. On the day Chris arrived more or less on time with no dramas. As we recently moved in and don't have experience with woodfire stoves he took the time to show us how to make a fire, clean the stove and also extended the chimney's length as it was not in line with standards. Next service is booked in already and I would recommend Chris's service to anyone valuing dependability
