Purchased a Ranger here in 2017 couple of hiccups but generally all good. Have had every service performed by them except for times when travelling and times when unable to get a booking. Over the last two days have been trying to call service department to discuss issue with my vehicle, yesterday on two occasions the phone rang for 5 minutes + without an answer the same thing happened when I was forwarded from the main switch. Today the phone was answered and the person on the other end just hung up without speaking. Prior to this experience I contacted a salesperson to obtain an estimate of price and delivery time for new generation v6 ranger as ours is due for replacement. The salesman was supposed to come back to me via email as I was travelling at the time. Still waiting. Goodbye Tropical Auto Group. Your lack of interest in your customers is going to be your downfall.

Mitch was a great service advisor and throughly explained everything. However, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle couldn’t even do a simple thing that is apart of the service and fill my windscreen washer fluid up. The fact that couldn’t even be completed definitely made me check my car throughly over which you shouldn’t have to do after a service.

My experience with TAG was fantastic, I was always kept updated with the progress of my car and Micheal was an amazing salesman! Excellent service from Harrison Rowe. He got back to me when he said he would, transaction and paperwork sorted quickly. Picking up the car was an easy experience with introductions to the Customer Service Relations Officer, and explanation of new features of the car. This is the second car - (same make and model as I had bought previously but 2022 version) - I have bought from TAG and I am very happy with the whole process.

Easy process with both Joy & Jeremy to secure & purchase my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. Final outcome of the vehicle was outstanding however, could have been 5 stars if the communication via email/phone regarding delivery dates etc was better as I had to follow up on all occasions myself.Jeremy scored us a mad rate on finance so hats off to him for that.

I had a problem with my ute on the 4th of April it was towed to Tropical Auto.Since then I have visited the Service Dept about 4 times, called a dozen times and up until tonight the 9th of May, not one phone call returned from the Service Dept.I am going to see them again tomorrow, as on my visit on Friday I was told my car was ready.The invoice was priced very high for replacing a hose, I challenged the amount and was told the Manager was away in Melbourne but he could be contacted by phone. The Manager would be called and my invoice would be bought to his attention. He might authorise a discount if possible. The important part was I was promised they would contact me, Friday afternoon. But as usual nothing by Tuesday.
