Good grooming, dogs came back very clean and smelling lovely but not really a day care service

Thank you to the wonderful staff and a special mention to Eden….we have a senior 14 year old Bichon who has recently lost his sight in one eye and is a little anxiousThey were so kind and professional from my first phone call to arrange an appointment to greeting us an 7.30am and doing the grooming..I would highly recommend them..it’s hard sometimes to find people who really care about your pets…thank you all so much

Have been going to The Grooming Salon for about 3 years now, my dogs love it there, and the staff is USUALLY lovely. They have an early drop off daycare facility at 7:30 am so that you can do a drop off before work; today, they were 20 MINUTES LATE with no apology, no pleasantries – not even a smile and a bad attitude!! So late to open with no way of contacting them that 2 people left before they even opened.To make things even worse, went to pick up my dogs, and the same soulless woman was there; she scowled at us, and again, no pleasantries at all – she even looked at us like we were disturbing her. So, after waiting 6 weeks for that appointment, I will NOT be going back to The Grooming Salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I'm very disappointed as we always make the journey as our dogs love it there, but I'll take my $200 for two grooms elsewhere.

Very happy with my first experience at this salon. The staff were very friendly over the phone when making my appointment, at drop off and pick up. I was able to observe my 2 dogs in the salon at pick up…they seemed relaxed and happy. Best of all…they looked fantastic! I will definitely be going back.

My beautiful dog had a tail before she went to this salon….their reason for removing every hair from her tail was “it was matted”. It definitely DID NOT have any matt’s. Don’t trust them with your pet!!! I wish I hadn’t paid the $100 for the groom!

Perfect cut and super happy pup afterwards for a great price! Turned our Labradoodle from a soggy wooly mammoth into a respectable little teddy bear.

The staff are really dedicated to looking after your pup and are really friendly. My mini poodle came out looking like a little prince. He is usually nervy and stressed when going for a groom but he was fine in this groomer's care. Highly recommended for fantastic quality and care for your pooch :)

I have been taking Millie to the grooming salon for a number of years now I she looks amazing everytime. The staff are so nice and I love how gentle and caring they are with the pups!

I took my 11 month old Puppy a couple days ago to this salon, needing an appointment that very day I decided not to go to my usual groomer. As soon as I walked in 3 ladies at the counter and another lady in the background did not greet me at all and continued to laugh and talk with each other when I was standing less than a meter away. The staff were extremely unprofessional in the way they talked and behaved, blaming it on it being their lunch break, however I made an appointment. I was concerned as there were just dogs roaming right behind the counter, going to the toilet on the floor and barking at each other. However I thought at least she will be safe and I would go pick her up right away. Well, a whole 2 hours later I have to call THEM and ask how my puppy was doing. They told me oh she’s fine you can come pick her up now she’s all done... oh and while we were shaving her head she moved and we’ve cut 1 cm into her ear... she’s fine and not in pain or anything she just needs to go the vet. Stressed and confused I showed up, they were not super apologetic or concerned. I wasn’t called straight away, and it turns out they actually tore 2 cm into her ear. My my puppy had to be sedated and her ear glued back together, she will always have a little chunk missing from her ear (you won’t be able to see it when her fur grows back but still) I have to give her antibiotics and pain relief everyday day until I take her to a check up appointment in a week and she has to wear a cone until then as well. The only saving grace is that they fully refunded me and paid for all vet bills so that part was not stressful for me. Her haircut is also choppy and there’s little bits of fur left on her feet and other areas. This is her at the vet right after I picked her up. Unfortunately accidents do happen, human error is bound to occur, but it seems as though they were just as careless with my dog as they were with their customer service and Salon.
