Need to work on customer service and care. Phone manner was terrible. Final costing was way over what was quoted. Next time will do our homework and phone around.

Great to get genuine service.I was looking for a pole clip for a wardrobe shelf in Brisbane with no luck locally so I rang Cairns and was talking with Sam who went out of her way to help and supplied me with what I needed.
