Terrible customer service! First time customer, arrived 10min early only to be told to come back at appointment time. Then when returned, I was told the booking had been given to walk-ins. Then didn't offer any new times or compensation. Staff didn't care at all, if I could give zero stars then I would!

I'veen to many place but this time was worst. The relaxation massage was too smooth it was like skin care massage. I asked couple of times to do harder but was same. Wast my time and money. I've been to the other branch but even if it's relaxation massage it was like just normal massage to get remove mucle pain. Very disappointed. Would like to refund my money back.

Last night, I received a remedial massage here. While the lady was nice and friendly, the massage was average and left me sore as she kept kneading my skin with her knuckles. My last remedial massage here was really good, but I didn't see the person I usually see. It was such a disappointment.

I've been here before and the massage was amazing so I came back. This was the first time I've ever had a full body massage that didn't include both the back and front. I also specifically asked if it included the head and while it did, it was also done from behind so only the back of my head was done. It was a little bizarre as I've never experienced this and I've had many massages in the past.The massage itself was nice but I think the whole body needs to include being flipped over and the head massage also done lying face up so you can get the crown and temples.

I have been going to Massage Indulgence at the Logan Hyperdome for years. Kathy and the team of professional therapists are absolutely exceptional and I would highly recommend them!

The masseuse was very skilled and applied just the right pressure to relieve my stuff neck and shoulders. I usually don't feel that relaxed when having a massage but his time I did and came away feeling the benefit immediately.
