Great on the phone but slow to send what I needed. Two new set skis for my walking frame was what I wanted. I was left puzzled for 11days whether they were sending them. They arrived soon after.

Many thanks to Dan Walsh for his expertise and support in acquiring a suitable wheelchair for our Mum. He dedicated a great deal of time in setting her up comfortably in an appropriate chair and was so patient and reassuring. We truly appreciate your efforts.

Awesome service. We used Rehab Hire to purchase a recliner for my elderly mother in residential care. They went out accessed her needs, gave us some options and then delivered the recliner within a couple of weeks. My mother loves the Lift Recliner and couldn't be happier. I had to use this company's equipment - thank you to all the staff contacting myself when I was having a lot of appointments due to injury, I found that they really helped with all my timing issues and were very patient and understanding. The delivery men were also very patient and really made sure that we knew how to operate the equipment.

Thanks for the great delivery and installation of my new recliner by Dan Walsh. He was very efficient, helpful and made sure I was comfortable in the recliner.

I went through weeks of ridiculous back and forth because these people would not accept my word that my ndis will pay hire for a recliner lift chair. That was just the beginning of the worst service I haven’t received. I paid the invoice about 5 days prior to receiving a call from the transport for delivery guy who proceeded to tell me that I would have the chair delivered before 10 am the next day. I’m a 65’ year old woman with serious mobility issues and ptsd from violence inflicted by men on me. I said that I need to have my support worker with me when strangers come into my home. After much back and forth I asked my carer to come early to support me.The delivery guy was 30 minutes late, he was the rudest and least helpful person who refused to help to move the existing chair about 5 meters complaining the whole time because I live on a busy Rd , he made fun of one of the two women who were present , did not even address me or introduce himself just barged in complained about everything then rolled the chair in and left within 10 minutes. I am the client but he did not even acknowledge me even after my worker introduced me to him.I actually rang after both of my workers complained about what they had just have to deal wit. Thi customer service person was absolutely disgusted by what I told her and asked me if she could get her boss to call me about such a dreadful experience we have had to endure and pay for privilege of it, NOBODY RANG ME! and this was over a week ago.The worst part about it all is that it is actually a very old and not comfortable chair that is making my pain worse.

Having broke my leg I contacted Rebecca at Rehab Hire who assisted me in product selection and was guided by her knowledge of equipment that would assist in my mobility. Rebecca you went above and beyond thank you for your service and prompt delivery. Highly recommend this Rehab Hire :)
