What a great team. I have a workshop in Kilcoy (Kilcoy Mechanical) and one of my customers was concerned about an issue with his car when in Stanthorpe. I sent him to Favero Automotive. Broke down at Ballandean. So relieved to see Will from Racq Favero Motors. We were freezing as it was cold and he attended to us promptly and found the battery was the problem. Excellent service, needed a windscreen replaced, booked in then had to change to a day earlier, no issues at all. Dropped off first thing in the morning and was ready to go before the time they quoted , excellent friendly, fast and professional service. Thanks guys

Due to an electronic ( Unknown) problem putting our car into limp mode we were left without a way back home with our caravan. Being the local Racq agent they attended our break down.As we needed to get back home next day only option was to be towed back to Brisbane from Stanthorpe as was quickest option.Stephen picked us up from our camping spot and hooked up the caravan and 4wd and off we went.He was extremely friendly and easy going, what you need when something annoying as this happens.He was soo helpful and friendly and we had a pleasant drive back home.Him being an owner of this family business is soo nice to see the hands on and professionalism.Thank you again Stephen.Fabian, Diana and Sasha......

Amazing service getting my bogged car out during the crazy wet weather. Called Favero's and in 10mins they were out at my property working on my car. Good job guys!

Dropped in to get a wiper blade replaced as we were leaving Stanthorpe and returning to Brisbane after a relaxing weekend away. Storm clouds were looming and the rain had already begun and our wiper rubber was falling off!One of the guys fixed it in minutes. He was friendly and efficient and we were very impressed with the service. Highly recommend!

This 5 stars goes to Steve at Favola Motors (and RACQ) for exceptional and friendly service.I had the misfortune of breaking down in Texas Qld, a 1,000 klms from home in the week between Christmas and New Year whilst on a ride to Tamworth last week!Steve at Favola Motors arrived with the best bike trailer I have seen, took me back to Stanthorpe to determine the next step and then once it was decided that the bike needs to get to a Harley dealer, arranged for Will to take me and the bike to Brisbane.I arrived home that night thankful for my RACQ membership and the exceptional and friendly service from Steve and the crew at Favola.Thanks Steve for your wonderful service and Will for getting me back to Brissie. I had a flat tyre on my BMW out near Ballandean and as I have run flats and no spare I needed a tow to BMW Toowoomba. I'm glad that Allianz used these guys because they were at our property so quickly within 20 mins of when they said they would. Put the car on the truck, held it overnight, and took it to Toowoomba next day. The guys were friendly and helpful in assisting and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others I know who live locally.

I enjoyed the service the well spoken older mechanic and the large waiting room. Seems to be a popular place because i could not make a booking for a service was told there fully booked out for weeks.Still I'll be back to book with them again. All they need is a hot food shop i think it would work as there competition is quite a walkin distance away.
