Moving Smoothly

This was my second time using Moving Smoothly. I relocated to the USA in early 2015 at very short notice and Alison and the team packed up my entire apartment after I had already left Sydney! The team arranged the pack up and removal of all my stuff to a storage unit. I knew my belongings were in fantastic hands. Fast forward nearly 8 years and it was time to use the Moving Smoothly team again. Opening 30 boxes was like being transported back in time ... but not one thing was damaged. Everything was in tact. Moving into my new place, the Moving Smoothly team arranged for the removal of my boxes from storage, delivery to my new apartment, as well as getting me all set up with electricity, gas, and wifi via the Moving Smoothly Hub. My move was seamless, Alison and the team unpacked everything, set up my kitchen and made what could have been a very stressful day an absolutely breeze. I cannot thank Alison enough. I have always recommended Moving Smoothly to all my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so! 6-star service! THANK YOU!

My son and I bit stressed at sudden move. Without the amazing women at Moving Smoothly not sure what we would have done. They are incredible! So lovely, so good hearted and kind and worked so very hard throughout the entire packing and unpacking. They really are The Best. Alison and her team helped me pack, store and unpack as we renovated our apartment. Exceptional service and I couldn't have done it without them. Not only were they friendly and efficient but they went above and beyond to get me organised and in on a certain date. I can't recommend them enough. It was a really big job as a deceased estate to a totally new apartment and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again!

Thanks so much to the team from Moving Smoothly - you made our move so much easier! Gayle and Jane packed all our things very quickly and efficiently, and Mel was a great help with unpacking at the other end. With their assistance, we were completely unpacked and set up by 9pm on the day of our move - amazing. They were so careful with our fragile items like artworks and wrapped everything perfectly so nothing was damaged or lost. They were also extremely well-organised and friendly and we really didn't need to give them any instructions! I wouldn't move again without their help and would highly recommend them - money well spent. Thanks so much ladies, we're very grateful!

I had never previously hired professional packers before Moving Smoothly. But after using Moving Smoothly, I don't think I'll ever pack myself again. The ladies from Moving Smoothly were absolutely amazing. Alison came to the apartment to do a free quote, which was pretty spot, and then we had Belinda, Sam and Tess do our packing and unpacking. They were careful, efficient, and always so positive. It felt like I had multiple 'Mary Poppins' in the apartment, just making magic happen. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is moving, and wanting to ease the stress. It helps you focus on all the other stuff that needs to be done when you're moving. And there's nothing better than to move, and be able to immediately have your kitchen organised just like your old kitchen, and your clothes back in the same draw that you had it in before. Thanks again ladies for the amazing work!

I had a very positive experience working with Moving Smoothly and hiring their packing services. Booking process was easy enough. The staff (Sam & Belinda) were professional, highly efficient and competent. But what impressed me the most was their warm, friendly and helpful disposition from the word go. I felt like my possessions were in good hands (i have a lot of glassware and crystal) and pretty much relaxed throughout the time they were working without the need to have to supervise. They were thoughtful and careful in the way they packed the boxes and even had a touch of humour in the way they labelled the boxes :-DHighly recommend Moving Smoothly. Very good value for money.

Gayle & Mel were an absolute god send during our recent move. The ladies packed up our apartment within 4-5 hours, it was all packed perfectly and well labelled. Nothing broke at all. They were so friendly and comforting I could not recommend Moving Smoothly more. They also came the following day to unpack our apartment and during a very stressful day they got the whole place unpacked with not one box left within 5 hours. They are worth every cent and make the move so much less stressful. All our things were thoughtfully & neatly put away and in the exact style we had at the previous place. These ladies make moving enjoyable. Thankyou so much!! Absolute god send.
