Dinner | $60–80 Purchased $70 worth of food 25min under the heat lamp . The food was thrown in the bin and all taco bell could do was tell me to get a refund through menulog . If I could give no stars you would have received it .Food was cold and mush. DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE. ESP THROUGH MENU LOG AS YOUR FOOD WILL BE PUT UNDER HEAT FOR EXTENSIVE TIMES MAKING IT SHRINK AND THEY WILL BLAME MENU LOG FOR NOT TIMING THE ORDER. AFTER 10MINS AND SHRIVELLING SURELY THE RESTAURANT WOULD SEE THE FOOD AND REALISE THEY COULDN'T SELL THAT MUSH COLD FOR $70NEVER AGAIN ITS HALOGENS 3 TIMES TO US FROM THIS RESTAURANT. AND BE WARNED ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE VIA MENULOG. THE RESTAURANT DO NOT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT MENU LOG CUSTOMERS FOOD.

This place has lost its touch. The Tacos and the burrito was okay the last time I visited. The chips were almost tasteless. Not sure what has happened.

I thought the staff were nice and the food came quick. However I was missing rice in my Cantina bowl (maybe that was why it was only a 1/3 full?) What food I had though was good.

We drove two hours to try Taco Bell and are glad we did, but don’t really expect to be back. Dined in on a Sunday approx 2:30pm and found there was no line and food was ready in under 10 minutes. The store appeared clean and the staff were friendly. We tried the Crunchwrap with guacamole and the taco supreme (with fries), along with churros for dessert. The wrap/tacos were simple and tasty. Yes, you can make far tastier and healthier ones at home, but this is fast food. The churros were bad bad badddd, with a strange tough and chewy texture - though this might just have been a bad batch or due to the store only being a week old. We had a good experience here and do recommend trying but would prefer to spend a bit more and cook at home or eat elsewhere in future.

It is precisely on the left of Jesmond Central Shopping mall entrance. It is located as the first shop of the eat street area in Jesmond Central Shopping Mall. Taco often crowded and may need longer waiting time. Therefore, you should allow extra time to wait for your food served. As the only shop in Newcastle City, it is a reason that the shop often suffered peak orders during meal times. In addition, Taco Bell also provides tables to serve people eating in front of the restaurant. Taco Bell also serves dine in, takeaway and deliveries via menulog and also doordash food couriers.

Fantastic food, Taco Bell just hits different!Staff were friendly but very busy (was prime dinner time), restaurant was semi clean definitely better than kfc or McDonald’s.Only down side is the location. The demographic around there seems to be overweight, grungy people and we went on a Tuesday! People in the area seemed dodgy, but overall Taco Bell was awesome.Great food, friendly staff, easy to use ordering system. Would definitely recommend - maybe don’t dine in though!

Ordered off uber eats - part of the order was missing and there was a long blonde hair in one of the wraps.Rang the store and their response was we don't have any staff working here with blonde hair". Disgusting."

Waited for over 30 min for 'fast food' when we received it, it was cold... The only thing hot was the chips. Because you can see in the window we seen our soft tacos were sitting on the cold bench for 15min before we were given our food.Customer service was below average, no smile nor a 'sorry for your wait'.
