My little dog loves being here. Clean and tidy. You can tell that the lady who runs this kennel loves animals.

Terrible experience. They verbal quoted me one price, I tried to pay in advance on drop-off, they wouldn't let me. They didn't give me a written quote. When I turned up for pick-up, they increased the quoted price by $400 for a ten day stay (several smaller animals as well as the cat) and threatened to keep our cat until we paid. I ended up giving them $200 more than I had agreed to. They also had said they would move our cat to the outside kennels during his stay if there was space, but when we turned up they hadn't been used and he was inside in a cage the size of a freezer in 40 degree heat. Unlike a previous cattery experience, he was quite traumatised - regressive and surly for about a week. The nature, attitudes and handling of the price increase scenario strongly suggested a pre-planned set-up. Don't use this kennel.

Hi moved from Qld to Victoria and stayed in Victoria for a year. Found Koroit Pet Resort for our old stray cat PITA who we found when we lived in NZ and moved to Australia and brought him with us. He had been badly treated in the past so was very nervous with strangers. We put him in Koroit Pet Resort and Josee was excellent and her son also. PITA regularly visited the Resort as my husband and I were away at weekends a lot. I have now moved to NSW and will miss Josee and her son Rocky as they were excellent with PITA, nothing was a problem, pricing was very good and they treated PITA as their own. Would certainly recommend Koroit Pet Resort 100%.

Really nice person who runs it and loves what she does. My dog was very well cared for and full of hugs when I picked her up. 100% I'll be coming back next time I'm headed for a Melbourne vacation.

I stayed in Warrnambool for a week and needed a place to look after my dog. I called so many places and Josee was the only person who was nice over the phone and understanding in person. I was able to pick up my dog for a day and take him out before returning him. Highly recommended

the safe haven for my kids whenever I have to travel for an extended duration. Jossee and her pyrenees are a joy to visit and the only kennel I trust for my kids. She also breeds giant breed dogs and so understands my dogs who are giants as well

Josee is the reason weve been back 5 times in 2 years. No nonsense. No BS. If you dont care for your animal go away.etc.

Lovely people and our puppy was happy to stay. Well set up and very happy with.

I have been boarding my pets here over the last 18 years. My two dogs, a guinea pig, cockatiel and a cat. My cat loved it so much she never wanted to leave! Josee is the only one I would leave my friends with. Very clean with ample space and a good price. Highly recommend.

My Akita's first stay in a boarding kennel, was in excellent hands thanks to Josie. If you are in SW Victoria, this is where you take your pet.
