The manager at this place needs to learn more about how to do a better customer service.She has bad attitudes towards her clients especially if it is a small order.She makes it so difficult for them & would not care.I would never go there again.

Only giving 5 stars in the hope that more people see this and don't have to go through the annoying experience i'm having. I ordered a pair of boots on the online store and had the money debited from my account but did not receive any form of confirmation. Waited two days just so be sure but still nothing so I decided to call them, somehow despite paying for the boots they had no record of my order. I was told that if I can provide proof money was taken out of my account I could get a refund so I did what they asked and waited a few more days and no response once again so I had to call them again this time however I was on hold for 30 minutes before being hung up on, finally got through to someone on my second attempt and was told they magically found my order and had already shipped them so if I wanted a refund I would have to send the boots back when I finally get them, I was then given a tracking number that doesn't work. Fast forward one more week still no boots or any other confirmation or correspondence. I am sure the physical stores might be great as suggested by they other reviews but for online orders i would recommend going with a more trusted retailer with a better track record of handling online orders.

Amazing service got what I needed and an Idea on what to grab next to upgrade my work experience definitely recommend for anyone new or just anyone in general thanks again

Very well stocked but needs signs to say whether or not stuff is men's, women's or children's wear, and where apparel is trousers, shirts, etc. Due to this it was too confusing and I couldn't be bothered asking staff. I will go back later. But very well stocked with shoes, boots, hats and all types of work clothes.
