Highly recommended. Liam arrive on time (actually early). was polite, efficient and helpful. With CCTV , quickly located the problem and completely checked pipe out to boundary trap. A comprehensive description of the issue and USB copy of the CCTV pictures. They know what they are doing!

I used Pipe Hunter to clear out a number of sewer and storm water pits and drains at a school and they were excellent.We had 5 sewer drains that needed clearing from tree roots and 1 storm water drain that was completely blocked with leaves and dirt.They jetted up and back each of the sewer drains and then put the camera in to check the drains.They jetted a storm water drain which was completely blocked and kept over flowing every time it rained, it took them a while to clear but they got it cleared.I am very satisfied with the service they provided, their truck operator Dean was excellent, they had all the right equipment on board.I highly recommend Pipe Hunter for any of your drainage issues.

Amazing Service from Dave and George. Professional job clearing drains and the quote for relining drains was competitive. If you need work on drains or pipes, give these guys a call. Fantastic.

Engaged them to unblock stormwater drain. Spent 2 hours to try to clear the pipe as quoted, then called to ask for more time, which I said fine as long as they get the job done. Then did not hear from the guy at all except coming home to see a marked cross on the ground. Only got a rely on the following Monday that the pipe was collapsed and they couldn't clean it. Got sent an invoice for the first 2 hours for $495; then A MONTH later, another invoice for $400 for the apparent 2 extra hours the guy spent. What was disappointing was that extra 2 hours did not resolve the blocked pipe at the end. Asked the directing manager for answers about what was done in the extra 2 hours and why separate invoices a month apart for the work on the same day but never got answers. (We never knew about the extra 2 hours of work until we got that second invoice).In terms of professionalism, the guy onsite was fine. But the managing director, I am not sure - The first thing he said on the phone after multiple follow-up was 'how much time my guy already spent on your job' when they clearly failed to communicate their finding on the day after the job was done. He was NEVER apologetic about any of the errors his team happened to have made. In fact he HUNG UP the phone when he reluctantly said he would send out another guy to check what happened.Pipe Hunter - they definitely left us hunting for answers...

Just when I thought that old fashioned service was dead I encounter a Compnay that knows it’s not!From the moment I spoke to George on the phone to James finishing the job they were amazing. Thoughtful, helpful and prompt. Also very reasonable. If you have a drain issue in the future do not hesitate to call these guys!!!
