Placed an order for some samples to be sent to me late March, paid for postage. Still have not received them after a month. Tried contacting them, no reply. Thankfully I didn't place the big order for the full house, would give zero stars if I could. Never using them, avoid them, I've gone elsewhere.

The people in the office were very helpful in their products they had there for what we neededhighly recommended

I went to this company with two cabinet doors and three drawer facia for them to measure and order new replacements. They measured and ordered them and informed me that they would take two weeks. It took over five weeks for them to arrive only to find that they were the wrong size and the vinyl finish was substandard and of poor quality. I was told that because I was present when they were measured, that they would not take responsibility for their error. If they offer a service to measure and order any items, then they should take responsibility for any errors. I will be looking at taking this matter further. If you are thinking of using this company, I would recommend that you DON'T, as their customer after-service and workmanship is appalling.
